Learner Learning Agreement and Declaration
I understand that:
- Study in London will respond to reference requests from employers.
- SIN will supply attendance, progress and achievement data to third parties, who have paid fees on my behalf.
- It is the policy of SIN to pursue non or late payment by any method appropriate, including debt collection agencies and if necessary, court action.
- If a learner leaves a course/programme, refunds are not usually given and all amounts outstanding remain payable.
- I will inform SIN of any change of information during my course of study.
- I agree to abide by the SIN’s Policies & Procedures and follow all rules.
- That you have received appropriate advice and guidance on your choice of program to assess your suitability in accordance with college procedures
- To accept responsibility for your own leaning and review your progress with the support of your tutor
- To take responsibility for Maintaining an acceptable standard of behaviour both at the college and whilst engaged in activities associated with the college
- To attend all required Activities regularly and punctually and to account for any absences
- To complete all your work to the best of your ability and within specified deadlines as required by your programmes
- To supply accurate and correct information on the Application/Enrolment form and you will inform the college of any future changes
